Schnitzel with sunny-side up eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • dill
  • 4 black olives
  • salt
  • black ground pepper

  1. Tenderize meat well.
  2. Sprinkle schnitzel with breadcrumbs, then with pepper and salt.
  3. Beat eggs in a bowl and dip schnitzel into eggs.
  4. Fry schnitzel in vegetable oil until tender and put it on a plate. Then fry egg and put the sunny-side up on the schnitzel. Garnish the dish with sliced olives, dill and sliced pickles.
