Pork stuffed with cheese and herbs


  • 200 g pork fillet
  • 4 tbsp. grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dill
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. seasoning for pork
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • salt
  • black ground pepper
  • For garnish:

  • lettuce
  • sliced cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • green onion
  • dill

  1. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Wash and finely chop dill, mix it with cheese and minced garlic.
  2. Tenderize pork, add salt, pepper and put on a plate. Put the stuffing in the middle a slice, fold it in half and firmly press the two halves together.
  3. Sprinkle the roll with spices for pork.
  4. Melt butter in the frying pan and fry the pork for 15-20 minutes at medium heat. Serve on a platter laid out with lettuce. Put fried meat in the center, garnish with diced tomato, sliced cucumber, onion and dill.
