  1. Process chicken legs so that to make fillets.
  2. Salt the pieces, sprinkle with paprika, put a piece of butter in the center of chops.
  3. Turn chicken pieces, fasten them with skewers and dip into the beaten egg. Then roll the chops in breadcrumbs.
  4. Pour vegetable oil in a deep pan, put the chops in boiling oil. The oil should cover them completely. Fry the chops until done. Before serving garnish the chops with lettuce, roses cut from tomatoes, and parsley.
